PLK Productions LLC – Bent Through Glass

By purchasing a ticket to Bent Through Glass (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Notice.
The Event is produced and presented by PLK Productions LLC (“PLK,” “Producer,” “we,” “us”). All tickets are sold by PLK Productions LLC, which is the merchant of record.
Ampersand Theatrical Management LLC (“Ampersand”) administers and manages the ticketing system solely as a technical and administrative service provider. Ampersand is not the seller of tickets, not the producer or presenter of the Event, and is not a contracting party to the ticket purchase. All contractual obligations related to the ticket purchase and Event attendance are solely between the ticket purchaser and PLK Productions LLC.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as expressly provided below. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for illness, personal scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, weather conditions, late arrival, or failure to attend.
If a performance is cancelled by PLK Productions LLC, ticket holders will be offered either a refund to the original method of payment or the option to transfer tickets to another performance, subject to availability. If a performance is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be provided upon request. The face value of the ticket shall be the maximum liability of PLK Productions LLC.
PLK Productions LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government orders, public health restrictions, venue closure, labor disputes, cast illness, technical failure, or acts of God. In such circumstances, Producer may issue a refund or offer transfer to another performance at its discretion.
All seating is general admission and unallocated. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. PLK reserves the right to modify seating arrangements for operational, artistic, or safety reasons.
Latecomers may not be admitted. Admission after the scheduled start time is at the sole discretion of the Producer and venue staff. No refunds will be issued due to late arrival.
Tickets may not be resold above face value. Commercial resale without written consent of PLK Productions LLC is prohibited. PLK reserves the right to cancel tickets suspected of being purchased for resale, void tickets sold through unauthorized channels, and refuse entry to ticket holders who violate this policy. Violation may result in cancellation without refund.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited. PLK reserves the right to remove any patron engaging in disruptive behavior or violating venue policies. Removal shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
At checkout, ticket buyers may have the option to purchase refund protection through Secure My Booking. Refund protection is optional and administered solely by Secure My Booking under its own terms. PLK Productions LLC and Ampersand Theatrical Management LLC are not responsible for claim decisions or payments under that program.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to initiate a chargeback except in cases of verified unauthorized transaction. Improper chargebacks may result in cancellation of tickets and recovery action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLK Productions LLC’s liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket purchased. PLK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Ampersand Theatrical Management LLC shall have no liability for performance cancellation, refunds, artistic content, venue conditions, or event operations and acts solely as a ticketing administrator and technical service provider.
Privacy Notice: In connection with your ticket purchase, we may collect your name, email address, billing information, transaction details, and basic technical information such as IP address. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. PLK and Ampersand do not store full payment card details.
Your information is used to process ticket purchases, communicate event information, respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
If you opt in at checkout, your email address may be used by PLK Productions LLC and Ampersand Theatrical Management LLC to send you updates about future productions, events, and theatre-related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in marketing emails.
Ampersand administers the ticketing system on behalf of PLK. For marketing communications only, and only where you have opted in, Ampersand may act as an independent sender of theatre-related communications. Neither PLK nor Ampersand sells personal data.
We may share information with service providers necessary to operate ticketing, including Stripe and Secure My Booking, or where required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding ticket purchase and attendance.
